The Client

Throughout our years of experience consulting and implementing solution for multiple customers, we observed that a large number of organisations, despite all the tools and apps they had, were still doing a lot of manual work. This is espcially true for organisations that have large numbers of field workers.

Each individual tool may be good at one thing, but most organisations have workflows that span multiple systems and processes and integration is hard and often brittle.

Workflows are also often very specific and organisations don't like being constrained to just one way of working.

The Project

So we set out building our own product we could offer these field organisations. Instead of building point solutions for each customer, we thought that building and offering a common platform would ultimately reduce the cost and risk for each customer.

We used our extensive knowledge of work, asset and field management, scheduling and dispatching, as well as customer management and built a product that rivals the current market leaders and surpasses them in flexibility and user friendliness.

The Result

RedbackWMS has now be in use by various organisations since 2020. One of the first thing users notice is the drastic reduction of manual reconciliation work. Processing payroll for a field organisation of more than a few hundred employees reduces from multiple days to less than an hour on the monday morning.

This leave organisation with the ability to refocus on further business process streamlining and business growth.
